Ihre Aufgaben
- Processing of incoming customer inquiries and all customer orders
- Entry , maintenance and management of customer and product information in the ERP system
- Operational and administrative support of the key account managers
- Timely support and processing of customer orders
- Administration and maintenance of the OEM portals
- Support with complaints and commercial returns processing
Ihr Profil
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Ideally experience in the field of internal sales
- Experience in dealing with international customers
- Experience in the use of ERP system ideally SAP S/4HANA, as well as MS Office
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
- Distinct sense of responsibility and careful way of working
- Good rhetorical skills andhigh customer orientation
