PFINDER's Business Unit NDT warmly welcomes its new member of the sales team, Mr. Xiaoxiao Wei, NDT Sales Manager at PFINDER Chemical (Shanghai). During his onboarding, he got to know customers and distributors and gained insight into the ambitious goals of the Asian NDT market. The virtual meeting of the entire NDT sales team on July 23 allowed all colleagues to get to know each other for the first time despite different time zones. With his commitment, Xiaoxiao will continue to drive market development in China.
PFINDER's NDT business unit welcomes its newest member of the sales team, Mr. Xiaoxiao Wie. As NDT Sales Manager at PFINDER Chemical (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. in China, Mr. Xiaoxiao will directly support local customers and further expand and develop PFINDER's successful market development in recent years.
During his onboarding, Kersten Alward introduced him to existing customers and distributor contacts. The lunch with the local management team of PFINDER Shanghai was a great pleasure and a strong commitment to the ambitious goals in the Asian NDT market.
It was a privilege to visit the new PFINDER Shanghai plant, which will start operations in September.
The first (virtual) meeting of the entire NDT sales team also took place on July 23. This gave all colleagues the opportunity to get to know Xiaoxiao. The participation of everyone, despite the challenges of the different time zones, shows the special commitment of the entire team, be it with Jorge Perez in Mexico (7 am) with Randy Outzen in the USA (9 am) the team in Germany (3 pm), Thomas Schratt traveling in the Czech Republic (3 pm) or with Xiaoxiao late at night in China (9 pm).
This is teamwork at its best - in every respect.
